Merweville area, Western Cape Province – South Africa: The Hospitality Manager will have overall responsibility for the effective day-to-day management of the Company’s hospitality operations and will work closely with the owners in developing the business. This is a hands-on management position requiring initiative, leadership, flexibility and an entrepreneurial approach.
Due to the accommodation setup on the farm, the space would be particularly well suited to someone to stay on their own.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Tertiary qualification in hospitality/tourism/lodge management.
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree, advantageous.
- Min of 2 years’ experience in a hospitality role.
- Previous aquaponics experience.
- Strong administrative background.
- Understanding of basic labour law and HR.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and people.
- Computer literate.
