MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
- Technical trade certificate advantageous.
- 3–5 years farm / technical operation experience.
- Proven team supervision experience.
- Valid Code 08/EB licence (essential).
- Electrical fault-finding & repairs.
- Plumbing, pipework & pump maintenance.
- Irrigation installation & programming.
- Farm equipment operation.
- Levels & site measurement.
- Basic welding advantageous.
- Genuine passion for farming.
- Loves outdoor hands-on work.
- Strong practical problem-solver.
- Process-of-elimination thinker.
- Self-motivated & takes initiative.
- Ability to speak Xhosa advantageous.
