MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Agricultural diploma/degree advantageous
· Minimum of 3 years previous livestock management experience inclusive of cattle and horses
· Excellent stockman ship
· Experience making and managing silage and fodder
· Strong leadership skills
· Computer literate
· Maintenance orientated
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work with and motivate a team
· Valid driver’s license
