Windsorton Area - Northern Cape: Our client is looking for a Farm Manager to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree.
- At least 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Must have a passion for farming.
- Previous experience with livestock (game, cattle, goats & sheep) essential.
- Any experience working as a para-vet (providing animal health care and animal production advice) advantageous.
- In depth experience with production (irrigation) – lucerne & maize.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and work with staff.
- Must have high levels of creativity, honest, driven, organised & practically minded.
- Valid driver's license.
