MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma highly advantageous.
- Min of 3 years previous vegetable farm management experience.
- Previous experience working with markets and retailers advantageous.
- Irrigation management experience.
- Ground preparation and maintenance of irrigation equipment.
- Being mechanically orientated with ability to assist with repairs of implements.
- Strong record keeping skills.
- Ability to work with and manage a team effectively.
- Valid driver’s licence.
