Stutterheim area, Eastern Cape province – South Africa: An experienced and capable Farm Manager is required to join a well-established agricultural operation, providing strong leadership and overseeing the efficient day-to-day management of the farm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous.
- MIN of 5-year previous broad FARM management experience.
- Previous feedlot management experience.
- Ability to speak Xhosa essential.
- Previous experience with:
o Beef.
o Sheep.
o Crops.
- Being mechanically orientated.
- Ability to work with and motivate staff essential.
- Effective communication and written skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
