Montagu area – Western Cape: The Farm Manager will be responsible for all farming operation side of the business.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Agricultural degree or diploma advantageous’.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role.
- Experience in Stone Fruit and or Nuts and Vegetable production.
- A huge passion for plants in general and an open-minded approach for permaculture farming and farming with nature.
- Computer literate
- Being maintenance orientated essential.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
