Tzaneen Area – Limpopo: Our client is looking for a Farm Manager - Avo & Macadamia to join the team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Avocado and Macadamia farming.
- Technical/production experience.
- HACCP / BRC / SIZA background, advantageous.
- Strong management and leadership qualities.
- Computer literate.
- Strong admin and record keeping skills, good in problem solving, good interpersonal relationships, must be a good communicator.
- Energetic & hands-on hardworking individual.
- Somebody who can take ownership, come up with new ideas, and works independently and proactively.
- Valid driver’s license.
