Clanwilliam Area – Western Cape: The role of the Estate Manager is to oversee a residential estate with 2 gardeners and general maintenance and assist with a boat rental garage small business and the partner will be responsible for the housekeeping for main house.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Manager
- Grade 12.
- Minimum of 3 years previous maintenance management experience.
- Plumbing & electrical maintenance experience.
- Previous orchard experience big plus – oversee 2 gardeners and general maintenance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be hardworking, honest and punctual.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
Partner
- Grade 12.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with Servicing of rooms and communal area including the outside areas of the property.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proven management skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
