MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma/Degree in Agriculture
· At least 5 years’ experience on a dairy farm
· Min of 4 years previous dairy herd management experience
· Min of 4 years previous pasture management experience
· Computer literate
· Great Stockmanship
· Ability to AI
· Being mechanically/maintenance orientated
· Must be a hands-on person, hard-working, deadline-driven and diligent
· Ability to work with and motivate staff
· Valid driver’s license
