MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 4 years dairy herd management.
- Minimum of 4 years pasture management experience.
- Proven ability to AI essential.
- Computer literacy essential.
- Alpro, DIMSA and 4 th Quadrant advantageous.
- Ability to speak Zulu/Xhosa is essential.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Strong admin and record keeping skills.
