MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous.
- Min of 5 years relevant field farming/farm management experience.
- Experience in managing the size and complexity of the operation.
- Excellent communication & data management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving & attitude.
- Must exhibit excellent operational problem-solving skills; focusing on solutions and proactively finding solutions.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to lead and work with a team.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Maintenance and mechanically orientated.
