MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Chef/Culinary/hospitality qualification advantageous.

- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as Executive Chef/ Head Chef.

- Previous experience with cooking European dishes.

- Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.

- Computer literate.

- Valid driver’s license.
