Murraysburg Area – Western Cape: This is a fixed term contract position, and the successful candidate will be someone with strong experience in bulldozer operations, particularly in building dams and roads.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Proven experience in operating bulldozers and TLBs.
· Specific expertise in building dams and farm roads.
· Strong track record of working in mountainous and difficult terrain.
· Good mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with repairs.
· Ability to work independently and responsibly with knowledge in how to build a dam or road.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
· Operate bulldozers and TLBs for road and dam construction.
· Work effectively in mountainous areas and challenging terrain.
· Assist with land clearing, leveling, and excavation.
· Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of machinery.
· Support with mechanical repairs and upkeep as required.
