Magaliesburg Area, Gauteng Province – South Africa: Seeking an experienced, responsible, and hands-on Broiler Farm Manager to oversee the overall operation and management of the broiler farm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years’ experience in broiler farming.
- Proven experience in farm and staff management.
- Good organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage farm operations independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Oversee the overall daily operations of the farm.
- Ensure proper management and maintenance of all farm equipment and chicken houses.
- Monitor chicken house conditions and ensure proper broiler management practices.
- Supervise, manage, and coordinate farm staff.
- Manage staff attendance, wages, and related wage records.
- Ensure accurate farm bookings, records, and reporting.
- Maintain farm standards, cleanliness, biosecurity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure that company procedures and farming protocols are followed.
