MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Agricultural Diploma/Degree
· Min of 5 previous years avocado farm management experience
· Proven management skills
· Computer literate
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work with and motivate a team
· Strong admin and record keeping skills
· Ability to work with and motivate a team
· Maintenance orientated
· Valid driver’s license
