MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
- At least 5 years’ experience in avocado farming
- Knowledge of commercial Avocado farming and strong understanding of Avocado production
- Computer literate
- Must have good record keeping skills
- Must be hardworking, driven to succeed and initiative
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
- Maintenance orientated
- Valid driver’s license
