Christiana area – North West: Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Farm and Maintenance Manager with a strong sense of ownership to join their operation.
MINIMIM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/ Degree advantageous.
- Previous crop farming experience.
- Knowledge of tractors and general farm machinery maintenance.
- Strong people skills and ability to work with a team.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and activities efficiently.
- Knowledge of lucerne farming and baling processes.
- Hands-on, proactive attitude.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently when required.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Assist in the day-to-day management of farm operations.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Support planning and coordination of various farm activities.
- Supervise and work alongside farm staff.
